Tzenko Kotzakov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 12th minute Leo Pihlwall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tzenko Kotzakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Wyoming Cowboys were awarded a corner. Leo Pihlwall went to the cornerflag to take it. After 18 played minutes Blue avalanche got a freekick which was hit by Trayan Bakúrdzhiev. Wyoming Cowboys's Gustaf Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Spiro Getzov in the 21st minute of play. Tzenko Kotzakov came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Wyoming Cowboys's Anton Finnman. But to his dismay, Anton Finnman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Finnman in the 30th minute of play forced Blue avalanche's goalkeeper Tzenko Kotzakov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Leo Pihlwall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tzenko Kotzakov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 40 minutes into the match, Stanko Dragostinov dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gustaf Olofsson, 1-3. Tzenko Kotzakov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Pihlwall went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stanko Dragostinov was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Blue avalanche's goalkeeper Tzenko Kotzakov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anton Finnman. 64 minutes into the match, Blue avalanche's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Pihlwall came free, but Tzenko Kotzakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
