Wyoming Cowboys's Simon Lenberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Wyoming Cowboys from getting a goal against them. BK Tåfjutt's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roger Salkvist in the 12th minute. It was a well-played corner which Mattias Grep managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Simon Lenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Grep in the 15th minute of play. When Mattias Grep came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the BK Tåfjutt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mattias Grep couldn't finish the play. Simon Lenberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kristian Fransson in the 27th minute. Anton Finnman kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Kurt Pilblad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Åhman in the 40th minute of play. Alexander Åhman struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Kurt Pilblad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wyoming Cowboys. In the 46th minute, Anton Finnman made a precise shot to the right of Kurt Pilblad. BK Tåfjutt's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alexander Åhman made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Torsten Svensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wyoming Cowboys's Simon Lenberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Simon Lenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Grep in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 59th minute Alexander Åhman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Pilblad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Lenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristian Fransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Kristian Fransson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simon Lenberg. Wyoming Cowboys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kristian Fransson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Simon Lenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Svensson in the 73rd minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Torgny Kjellbom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wyoming Cowboys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BK Tåfjutt the free kick. The supporters of BK Tåfjutt booed when Wyoming Cowboys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torgny Kjellbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, BK Tåfjutt's Kristian Fransson got a free kick in the 87th minute. BK Tåfjutt were furious when Roger Salkvist was red carded, 89 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 88 minutes into the game, one of BK Tåfjutt:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kurt Pilblad came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Wyoming Cowboys's Leo Pihlwall. But to his dismay, Leo Pihlwall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 96 minutes into the game, Robert Fredriksson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Tåfjutt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wyoming Cowboys the free kick. The Wyoming Cowboys players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
