Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Severiano Abascal started the match with the kick off. Castanheiro SC's Pedrinho Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Castanheiro SC from getting a goal against them. Genaro Osoro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benedito Mineiro went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Marcos Inko's late challenge caught a Castanheiro SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Inko helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th minute, Marcos Inko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Umberto Dionísio scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Genaro Osoro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Castanheiro SC booed when Mapovihesa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Felipo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Castanheiro SC's Anísio Alagoano got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute of the match, Reynaldo Bembe got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedrinho Guimarães was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Genaro Osoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anísio Alagoano in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Nilson Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Osoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Anísio Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Sarmento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Genaro Osoro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Eugenio Francho kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Dionísio in the 36th minute of play forced Mapovihesa FC's goalkeeper Genaro Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mapovihesa FC's Genaro Osoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedito Mineiro in the 42nd minute of play.

Mapovihesa FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Magno Pereira scored to the left of an out of position Genaro Osoro, making the score, 0-4. Anísio Alagoano hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Mineiro in the 56th minute of play forced Mapovihesa FC's goalkeeper Genaro Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Umberto Dionísio notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Mapovihesa FC's Genaro Osoro. Genaro Osoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Mapovihesa FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Severiano Herena hit a great ball. Benedito Mineiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Anísio Alagoano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Genaro Osoro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Benedito Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Genaro Osoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mapovihesa FC's Genaro Osoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umberto Dionísio in the 74th minute of play. Genaro Osoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedito Mineiro in the 75th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severiano Abascal during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Mapovihesa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Abascal to maneuver through the defense. Mapovihesa FC made a substitution. Gabriel Garaile replaced Severiano Abascal. After 85 minutes, Luisinho Seco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castanheiro SC and the Mapovihesa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th minute, Luisinho Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedito Mineiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Osoro having to interfere. Castanheiro SC played a much better game than Mapovihesa FC and deserved their victory. The Mapovihesa FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
