In the 11th minute of the match, Juan Bittor got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dobrin Beremov was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dobrin Beremov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Bittor in the 13th minute. Santos Hori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boncho Zhilev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dragan Mangezov hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Moises Belo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Dobrin Beremov made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Nano Mitrashkov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santos Hori was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Boncho Zhilev took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santos Hori. Santos Hori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 43rd minute Iliya Kasabov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Hori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Volodya Biradzhiev. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Fidel Espiridion made the kick off in the second half. Dobrin Beremov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Bittor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dobrin Beremov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Espiridion in the 54th minute of play. Dobrin Beremov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Bittor in the 65th minute of the match. 65 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Howling Dawn U18's Juan Bittor fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. If Fidel Espiridion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 73rd minute Romulo Palos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobrin Beremov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Romulo Palos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Howling Dawn U18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Howling Dawn U18's Florencio Fernendo was substituted for Juan Bittor. Nano Mitrashkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Santos Hori made a huge save. If Moises Belo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goalkeeper Santos Hori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toni Nenchev. After 91 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Nedyalko Berberov. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
