Zekai Hilal came out of the goal and Cătălin Octavian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the game, FCFiratRom's Ali Nejat Maruf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octav Glăvan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 32 minutes of play, FCFiratRom's Ali Nejat Maruf made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octav Glăvan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mădălin Bănățeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when FCFiratRom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yetkiner Açıkel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FCFiratRom were winning 0-2.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Behzat Yaslı in the 51st minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Octav Glăvan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ion Cucerzan made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FCFiratRom's Bahattin Enfal. After a rather tough play, FCFiratRom's Cevahir Zati got a free kick in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cătălin Octavian in the 59th minute of play forced FCFiratRom's goalkeeper Zekai Hilal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Ali Behzat Yaslı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FCFiratRom's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Behzat Yaslı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cevahir Zati might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Octav Glăvan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cevahir Zati ran back to his position shaking his head. 77 minutes into the match, FCFiratRom's goal looked a bit too open when Cătălin Octavian came free, but Zekai Hilal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ali Nejat Maruf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
