Haluk Özdil scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kajetan Dec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ömer Halisdemir got free with Dobromir Mielak in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the game, Ömer Halisdemir recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dobromir Mielak. Ömer Halisdemir showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sixten Gernberg in the 34th minute. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Sixten Gernberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dobromir Mielak in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Geralt Wilk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kajetan Dec was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. 40 minutes into the match, Geralt Wilk notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Kajetan Dec. Kajetan Dec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
