FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Wawrzyniec Majorski was substituted for Bartlomiej Matela. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Olaf Kluczyk was substituted for Ted Stabbe. A collision led to FC Cavia Pyskowice getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Buğrahan Altınpınar hit a great ball.
