Vitinho Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Leopoldo Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Meirelles in the 8th minute of play forced Risca Faca IMT's goalkeeper Vitinho Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute of the match Noia got a corner. Risca Faca IMT's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ernani Velloso ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Noia's corner Ernani Velloso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vitinho Sarmento quite easily take care of the ball. In the 12thth minute of the game Romário Aparecido who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Noia's Şerif Çetinay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Şerif Çetinay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romário Aparecido's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silviu Miclea in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitinho Sarmento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Şerif Çetinay didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Risca Faca IMT's Romário Aparecido shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Silviu Miclea kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Azevedo in the 26th minute of play forced Noia's goalkeeper Şerif Çetinay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doug Gol's late challenge caught a Risca Faca IMT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doug Gol helped the player get up and apologised. Doug Gol hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romário Aparecido in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şerif Çetinay saved Noia from getting behind. In the 34th minute, Leopoldo Azevedo made a precise shot to the right of Şerif Çetinay. Noia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Maurinho Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitinho Sarmento having to interfere. When Romário Aparecido came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Risca Faca IMT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romário Aparecido couldn't finish the play. Şerif Çetinay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Leopoldo Azevedo scored 0-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Şerif Çetinay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute Silviu Miclea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitinho Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Azevedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şerif Çetinay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Azevedo in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şerif Çetinay saved Noia from getting behind. Eugênio Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Leopoldo Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şerif Çetinay having to interfere. After some careless play in the Risca Faca IMT defense, Fellipe Meirelles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vitinho Sarmento. The Risca Faca IMT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vitinho Sarmento should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute, Paulo Renato Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Maurinho Valle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vitinho Sarmento was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Romário Aparecido struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Şerif Çetinay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Risca Faca IMT. Şerif Çetinay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romário Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Risca Faca IMT's Orvar Gabrielsson was substituted for Leopoldo Azevedo. A collision led to Noia getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Gláuber Porto hit a great ball. If Paulo Renato Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şerif Çetinay was a little too slow when Paulo Renato Prestes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 2-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Risca Faca IMT walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
