Fang Bing Lei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Borges in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pistolero Tricolor FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gilmar Borges was slow to take the kick. During this time Matungo Gaúcho's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Matungo Gaúcho's corner Gilmar Borges fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fang Bing Lei quite easily take care of the ball. Fang Bing Lei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Pinheiro in the 10th minute of play. Fang Bing Lei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wong Eadan in the 12th minute of play. Armando Bela kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Matungo Gaúcho's Gilmar Borges slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fang Bing Lei. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué Pinheiro in the 23rd minute of play forced Pistolero Tricolor FC's goalkeeper Fang Bing Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute of the match, Wong Eadan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fang Bing Lei was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 27th match minute, Matungo Gaúcho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Truylos Urreta to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Josué Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fang Bing Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Josué Pinheiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fang Bing Lei. The goal made the score 3-0. The supporters of Pistolero Tricolor FC booed when Matungo Gaúcho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josué Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ademir Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Bela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ademir Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Bela in the 41st minute of play. Josué Pinheiro took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fang Bing Lei. Fang Bing Lei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernandão Trigo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th match minute, Matungo Gaúcho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urban Magnusson to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute of the match Armando Bela sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ademir Baptista skillfully saved the ball. Ademir Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandão Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fang Bing Lei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wong Eadan in the 63rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Matungo Gaúcho's zone, Jairo Domingues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ademir Baptista came out of the goal and Jairo Domingues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 minutes of play, Matungo Gaúcho's Patrik Grönberg made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fang Bing Lei was left in no man's land by his defense there! Matungo Gaúcho's Erivaldo Urbano was substituted for Renan de Senna. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué Pinheiro in the 71st minute of play forced Pistolero Tricolor FC's goalkeeper Fang Bing Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matungo Gaúcho's Josué Pinheiro managed to work through Pistolero Tricolor FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Josué Pinheiro dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After a defensive mix-up in Matungo Gaúcho's zone, Fernandão Trigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ademir Baptista came out of the goal and Fernandão Trigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Pistolero Tricolor FC's Lenílson Furtado got a free kick in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wong Eadan in the 85th minute of play forced Pistolero Tricolor FC's goalkeeper Fang Bing Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jairo Domingues got free with Ademir Baptista in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Matungo Gaúcho's Ademir Baptista got control of the ball when Jairo Domingues tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pistolero Tricolor FC's Claudinei Dionísio got a free kick in the 90th minute. Fang Bing Lei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilmar Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Domingues in the 92nd minute of play forced Matungo Gaúcho's goalkeeper Ademir Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fang Bing Lei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wong Eadan in the 94th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Pistolero Tricolor FC's Ademir Baptista threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Armando Bela, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pistolero Tricolor FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Matungo Gaúcho.
