Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Josué Pinheiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Risca Faca IMT's Marcelo Alcântara got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Vitinho Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Pinheiro in the 7th minute of the match. Ademir Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vitinho Sarmento came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Matungo Gaúcho's Gilmar Borges. But to his dismay, Gilmar Borges quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Wong Eadan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Vitinho Sarmento was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Risca Faca IMT's Vitinho Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilmar Borges in the 22nd minute of play. Patrik Grönberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitinho Sarmento having to interfere. Jânio Gaúcho struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Vitinho Sarmento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matungo Gaúcho. Vitinho Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Borges in the 35th minute of play. Vitinho Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Borges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 played minutes Risca Faca IMT got a freekick which was hit by Nilton Passos. With an all-out effort, Risca Faca IMT's Ademir Baptista threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leopoldo Azevedo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wong Eadan in the 46th minute of play forced Risca Faca IMT's goalkeeper Vitinho Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 minutes, Wong Eadan made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Risca Faca IMT's Vitinho Sarmento tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leopoldo Azevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilmar Borges in the 53rd minute of play forced Risca Faca IMT's goalkeeper Vitinho Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0-4 became the score in the 53rd minute when Gilmar Borges elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Vitinho Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Pinheiro in the 58th minute of play. Vitinho Sarmento came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Matungo Gaúcho's Josué Pinheiro. But to his dismay, Josué Pinheiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 64 minutes into the match, Wong Eadan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vitinho Sarmento. Risca Faca IMT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wong Eadan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Risca Faca IMT's Vitinho Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilmar Borges in the 67th minute of play. Marcelo Alcântara hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Marcelo Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jardel Vaz hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Jânio Gaúcho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matungo Gaúcho's supporters rose to their feet, but Jânio Gaúcho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vitinho Sarmento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the game, Elmārs Bevalds was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Risca Faca IMT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matungo Gaúcho the free kick. In the 82nd match minute, Risca Faca IMT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elmārs Bevalds to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zé Augusto Mendonça during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elmārs Bevalds hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, Patrik Grönberg notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Risca Faca IMT's Vitinho Sarmento. Vitinho Sarmento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vitinho Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Grönberg in the 95th minute of play. When the match was over Matungo Gaúcho could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Risca Faca IMT throughout the match.
