Anatol Hönes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ademir Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rowen Doherty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Matungo Gaúcho's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Stenquist came free, but Ademir Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Anatol Hönes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ademir Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Stenquist in the 17th minute of play. Ademir Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Stenquist in the 25th minute of the match. With a little luck, Grêmio Bulls's Henrique Prata got control of the ball when Wong Eadan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Grêmio Bulls booed when Matungo Gaúcho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Gaeta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ademir Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Stenquist in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Arne Stenquist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ademir Baptista was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 39 minutes into the match, Matungo Gaúcho's goal looked a bit too open when Rowen Doherty came free, but Ademir Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44thth minute of the game Anatol Hönes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Bulls's Henrique Prata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Grêmio Bulls's Henrique Prata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Grönberg in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rowen Doherty to strike the kick off in the second half. Henrique Prata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anatol Hönes, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Wong Eadan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henrique Prata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anatol Hönes, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Gilmar Borges took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrique Prata. Henrique Prata dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Grêmio Bulls's Mauro Sena was substituted for Arne Stenquist. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Mauro Sena took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Ademir Baptista to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Sena in the 70th minute of play forced Matungo Gaúcho's goalkeeper Ademir Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Matungo Gaúcho's Ademir Baptista got control of the ball when Pedrão Prata tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Matungo Gaúcho's Anatol Hönes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henrique Prata made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. 81 minutes into the game, Anatol Hönes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Matungo Gaúcho's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
