E.C. Galera were furious when Artur Valadares was red carded, 7 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 6th minute, one of E.C. Galera:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for E.C. Galera. The referee gave λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rodolfo Gerber, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of E.C. Galera's Juvenal Zanette. 0-1. After 14 minutes, Rodolfo Gerber made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. E.C. Galera's Juvenal Zanette tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the game, Marián Prieložný threw the ball into play from the sideline. λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's 毛俊亦 quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 24th minute Rodolfo Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 狄昆傲 made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 狄昆傲 in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabiano Pombal saved λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abelardo Koehler in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juvenal Zanette prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Igor Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 played minutes λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR got a freekick which was hit by Elias Félix.
