In the 14th minute of the match E.C. Galera got a corner. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vygantas Vyšniauskas ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Adrian Botea managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. A nice corner shot did that Lucio Siekkötter got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Juvenal Zanette quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 20th minute of the match S.E.R. Caxias do Sul got a corner. E.C. Galera's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lei Feng Yan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of S.E.R. Caxias do Sul booed when E.C. Galera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Botea didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lei Feng Yan in the 31st minute of play forced E.C. Galera's goalkeeper Juvenal Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 狄昆傲 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Esen Sanal came out and tried to block the shot, but 狄昆傲 slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 34th minute. 狄昆傲 might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Esen Sanal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 狄昆傲 ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by 狄昆傲 in the 40th minute of play forced S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalkeeper Esen Sanal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 狄昆傲 to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to E.C. Galera getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Killian Cruzado hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, E.C. Galera's goalkeeper Juvenal Zanette had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lei Feng Yan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lei Feng Yan got free with Juvenal Zanette in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esen Sanal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 狄昆傲 in the 67th minute of the match. After 70 minutes of play, E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esen Sanal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juvenal Zanette made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lei Feng Yan in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the match, E.C. Galera's goalkeeper Juvenal Zanette had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lei Feng Yan. Lucio Siekkötter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Juvenal Zanette made a huge save. 82 minutes into the match, E.C. Galera's goal looked a bit too open when Krisztián Véber came free, but Juvenal Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juvenal Zanette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Augusto, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 狄昆傲 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esen Sanal having to interfere. E.C. Galera's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
