An unexpectedly hard shot by Joris Scheer in the 2nd minute of play forced λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's goalkeeper Fabiano Pombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Joris Scheer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabiano Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Abreu in the 9th minute of play. Fabiano Pombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joris Scheer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabiano Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardinho Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Rodolfo Gerber's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Cerezo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's zone, Joris Scheer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabiano Pombal came out of the goal and Joris Scheer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Rodolfo Gerber's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Cerezo was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Fabiano Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Abreu in the 22nd minute of play. Eric Skagen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th minute, Joris Scheer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.C.CHUÍ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Fabiano Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Abreu in the 40th minute of play. Armando Cerezo made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Rodolfo Gerber sent off a good shot on target.

λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR made a substitution. Vilhelm Tingkær replaced Robinho Porto. Armando Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Koehler in the 54th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Elias Félix threw the ball into play from the sideline. S.C.CHUÍ's Qiao Liang Zhou quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 65 minutes of play, λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's Abelardo Koehler made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Cerezo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernardinho Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Pombal having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, S.C.CHUÍ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elder Donatello to maneuver through the defense. Bernardinho Abreu struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Fabiano Pombal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C.CHUÍ. Joris Scheer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Fabiano Pombal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Allan Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bresal McPhil hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's Fabiano Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis León in the 97th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
