But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Alberto Sá couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute, Grisha Mbappè ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leandro Custódio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 22nd minute, Paulão Bezerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hílton Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dário Toscano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Christiano Barreto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. When Grisha Mbappè, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 37 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Leandro Custódio was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The supporters of Leões do Sul 53 booed when LOBO 1908 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri Recife didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kraig Sandoval hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Leões do Sul 53's goal looked a bit too open when Grisha Mbappè came free, but Leandro Custódio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Grisha Mbappè's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leandro Custódio was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Leandro Custódio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernani Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 82nd minute, Ernani Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOBO 1908 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. After 84 played minutes Leões do Sul 53 got a freekick which was hit by Raúl Motta. In the 88th minute, Ernani Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Leandro Custódio. Leões do Sul 53's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. LOBO 1908 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Leões do Sul 53 for a fine match.
