After 6 played minutes LauerArmy got a freekick which was hit by William Kock. Zé Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murilo Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute of the match LauerArmy got a corner. Saiko FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Konstanty Kojder ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on LauerArmy's corner Konstanty Kojder fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zé Sabóia quite easily take care of the ball. Jairo Trancoso hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With his leg Zé Sabóia managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when LauerArmy's Arí Pereira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Walmir Garcia hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Murilo Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute Mateus Catarinense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Sabóia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arí Pereira in the 24th minute. After 26 played minutes LauerArmy got a freekick which was hit by Willian Queirós. Saiko FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Murilo Cabral scored to the left of an out of position Zé Sabóia, making the score, 2-0. Zé Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murilo Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Saiko FC from getting a goal against them. After 34 minutes, Walmir Garcia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saiko FC and the LauerArmy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Saiko FC's Walmir Garcia got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute Arí Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yani Shtonov hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Saiko FC's Sixto Ondino got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Bob Dinamite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Murilo Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot. LauerArmy's supporters rose to their feet, but Murilo Cabral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Sabóia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mateus Catarinense during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th minute, Mateus Catarinense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Cabral in the 47th minute of play. LauerArmy were awarded a corner in the 49th minute after Saiko FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Konstanty Kojder took the corner. The corner led LauerArmy's Konstanty Kojder to fire away a dangerous shot which Zé Sabóia despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The wind increased when Arí Pereira made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Murilo Cabral put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zé Sabóia. Bob Dinamite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Didier Drogba managed to get in a good position for a shot. LauerArmy's supporters rose to their feet, but Didier Drogba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Sabóia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zé Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murilo Cabral in the 62nd minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Murilo Cabral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Sabóia. Saiko FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Murilo Cabral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. LauerArmy made a substitution. Gilvan Queirós replaced Frédson de Almeida. In the 75th match minute, Saiko FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmir Garcia to maneuver through the defense.
