Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arí Pereira started the match with the kick off. Dida Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmir Pombal in the 3rd minute of play. Arí Pereira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Reko Nybacka when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The corner led LauerArmy's Konstanty Kojder to fire away a dangerous shot which Reko Nybacka despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 10th minute of the match, Murilo Cabral tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Reko Nybacka saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Dida Nascimento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walmir Pombal's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walmir Pombal in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dida Nascimento saved LauerArmy from getting behind. Reko Nybacka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arí Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute Arí Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reko Nybacka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arí Pereira got free with Reko Nybacka in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka got control of the ball when Arí Pereira tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Cabral came free, but Reko Nybacka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, LauerArmy's Didier Drogba dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Murilo Cabral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Reko Nybacka made a huge save. Dida Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Soares in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute William Kock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reko Nybacka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Cabral in the 39th minute of play. Reko Nybacka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murilo Cabral in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Arí Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Murilo Cabral struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. A wasted opportunity for LauerArmy. 45 minutes into the game, Fabiano Maranhense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Catugi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LauerArmy the free kick. In the 45th minute, Fabiano Maranhense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Alberto Soares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Carlos Alberto Soares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dida Nascimento. LauerArmy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Alberto Soares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 58 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's Arí Pereira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reko Nybacka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 59th minute Murilo Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reko Nybacka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reko Nybacka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Pereira in the 61st minute of the match. Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arí Pereira in the 65th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Walmir Pombal put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dida Nascimento. Reko Nybacka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murilo Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murilo Cabral in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reko Nybacka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Walmir Pombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reko Nybacka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Pereira in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Murilo Cabral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. LauerArmy's Dráuzio Trancoso was substituted for João Pedro Marquez. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Catugi FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
