Leonardo Loco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 32ndth minute of the game Aureliano Karlo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Matorrales's Leonardo Loco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match AFC FUSION got a corner. Atlético Matorrales's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dawid Beckham ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on AFC FUSION's corner Dawid Beckham fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leonardo Loco quite easily take care of the ball. Leonardo Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Karlo in the 39th minute of play. Paul Vase's late challenge caught a Atlético Matorrales's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul Vase helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Vase to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Loco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. If Aureliano Karlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aureliano Karlo took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Loco. Leonardo Loco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Svante Tolsson hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Aureliano Karlo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tadeo Quilino. Aureliano Karlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonardo Loco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Karlo ran back to his position shaking his head. Leonardo Loco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Leonardo Loco came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by AFC FUSION's Aureliano Karlo. But to his dismay, Aureliano Karlo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Julien Staffelbach replaced Aureliano Karlo. AFC FUSION's Christoff Stocks was substituted for Mario Sesuldo. Atlético Matorrales's Severiano Ebardo was substituted for Tadeo Quilino. AFC FUSION's Segundo Vito was substituted for Guido Txindoki. In the 81st minute of the match, Severiano Ebardo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roberto Eztebe saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Dawid Beckham came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the AFC FUSION fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dawid Beckham couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julien Staffelbach in the 84th minute of play forced Atlético Matorrales's goalkeeper Leonardo Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svante Tolsson kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. AFC FUSION's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
