Jose Nuñez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Santos Orlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steve Burmeister, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's goal looked a bit too open when Steve Burmeister came free, but Santos Orlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄'s Jose Nuñez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Hats in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th match minute, El Fortín de Floresta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Policarpio to maneuver through the defense. Cristo Orlan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Emanuel Pelayo put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Santos Orlan. Jose Nuñez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Luar, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Flavio Luar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santos Orlan made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Baldomiro Laurgain sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 42 minutes, Baldomiro Laurgain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomiro Laurgain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Desiderio Brais had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jose Nuñez. ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Desiderio Brais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Salvador Hats stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Luar got free with Jose Nuñez in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Fernandez in the 57th minute of play forced El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Santos Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Burmeister in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute Emanuel Pelayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Jose Nuñez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄'s Jose Nuñez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄ from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Luar got free with Jose Nuñez in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 72 played minutes El Fortín de Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Martinez. El Fortín de Floresta made a substitution. After 74 played minutes El Fortín de Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Martinez. After some careless play in the El Fortín de Floresta defense, Camilo Ferran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santos Orlan. The El Fortín de Floresta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santos Orlan should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Hector Selmo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jose Nuñez. That made the score 3-3 in the 80 minute of play.
