When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Erivaldo Borges took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Orlando Nogueira to make any attempt to save it. In the 8th minute, Du Yue Yun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Pelayo Mendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Custódio made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Villa Verde FC's Erivaldo Borges. AKI CORINTHIANS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Saul Goodman scored to the left of an out of position Orlando Nogueira, making the score, 2-0. Saul Goodman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Orlando Nogueira made a huge save. 25 minutes into the match, Saul Goodman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orlando Nogueira. AKI CORINTHIANS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saul Goodman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 29 minutes into the match, Saul Goodman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Orlando Nogueira, 4-0. 34 minutes in the game Gonçalo da Silveira did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Juan Custódio. The corner led to Villa Verde FC's Wesley Basso getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Saul Goodman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 43 minutes into the game, Albino Ibar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Feng Chao Wei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albino Ibar made a kick off. AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Goodman in the 51st minute of play. Villa Verde FC's Pelayo Mendez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gonçalo da Silveira, made in the 55th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Saul Goodman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villa Verde FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Goodman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Nogueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Villa Verde FC's Belmiro Borges was substituted for Dida Viana. Feng Chao Wei was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Ciro Brasil capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ciro Brasil really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. Anier Larra made in the 75th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Romeu Tinoco immediately put the ball in play. The audience was convinced that Luís Guilherme Cearense's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Nogueira was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by AKI CORINTHIANS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erivaldo Borges was slow to take the kick. During this time Villa Verde FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Erivaldo Borges got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Orlando Nogueira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luís Guilherme Cearense took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Nogueira. Orlando Nogueira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. In the 88th minute, Luís Guilherme Cearense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orlando Nogueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. Luís Guilherme Cearense blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orlando Nogueira having to make a save. Orlando Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Guilherme Cearense in the 91st minute of play. If Luís Guilherme Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Orlando Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Guilherme Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Guilherme Cearense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Villa Verde FC had played much better football throughout.
