Saad Dar was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Athletico Paulistano's players had a chance to rest. In the 38th minute Agnaldo Mattos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rios Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Fabinho dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Fabinho dos Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raphael Dantas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabinho dos Santos to make the kick off. Raphael Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabinho dos Santos's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Raphael Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho dos Santos in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabinho dos Santos in the 70th minute of play forced Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s goalkeeper Raphael Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabinho dos Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raphael Dantas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Club Athletico Paulistano got a freekick which was hit by Saad Dar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richárd Lovász in the 81st minute of play forced Club Athletico Paulistano's goalkeeper Acácio Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
