Pierluigi Buffon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Alcântara showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacob Albuquerque in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Sarmento saved Rondinone F.C - FDFDF from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Albuquerque in the 17th minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Charles Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Jacob Albuquerque ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charles Sarmento was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Rondinone F.C - FDFDF getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Eliézer Leão hit a great ball. Jacob Albuquerque blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charles Sarmento having to make a save. 37 minutes into the game, KaoS Futbol Club's Jacob Albuquerque nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charles Sarmento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Jacob Albuquerque took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charles Sarmento. Charles Sarmento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After a rather tough play, KaoS Futbol Club's Narciso Noe got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Jacob Albuquerque took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charles Sarmento. Charles Sarmento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Pierluigi Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nilson Paraibano's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Róbson Prata hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Charles Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. KaoS Futbol Club's Pierluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Alcântara in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Jacob Albuquerque ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charles Sarmento was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 66th minute, Eliézer Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lluis Companys recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Charles Sarmento made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Jacob Albuquerque sent off a good shot on target. Charles Sarmento was a little too slow when Jacob Albuquerque got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 1-6. KaoS Futbol Club's Igor Lebas was substituted for Jacob Albuquerque. KaoS Futbol Club made a substitution. Andres Baresi replaced Amancio Semeno. Igor Lebas scored 1-7 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles Sarmento, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Charles Sarmento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Lebas in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute, Igor Lebas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Charles Sarmento. The goal made the score 1-9.
