FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marciano Cambranes in the 8th minute. Orçun Yalınalp made a great header on FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's corner, it was just that Club Athletico Paulistano's Acácio Lara managed to reach the ball for a save. Saad Dar was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Athletico Paulistano's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Haakon Brøndsel heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 26th minute, Gigel Horhoianu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Gong Jun Feng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gong Jun Feng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabinho dos Santos in the 31st minute of play. Gong Jun Feng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho dos Santos in the 41st minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Fabinho dos Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gong Jun Feng was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabinho dos Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gong Jun Feng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabinho dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Fabinho dos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Gong Jun Feng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Athletico Paulistano's Glauco da Rocha got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orçun Yalınalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Acácio Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo de Sena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gong Jun Feng having to make a save. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Gong Jun Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabinho dos Santos in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Club Athletico Paulistano's Fabinho dos Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gong Jun Feng narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 76th minute of the match Club Athletico Paulistano got a corner. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Saad Dar ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Club Athletico Paulistano's Arnaldo de Sena got a free kick in the 77th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabinho dos Santos in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gong Jun Feng saved FC UNIREA Alba Iulia from getting behind. Gong Jun Feng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabinho dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Athletico Paulistano's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
