Niceto Ihazintu ran back to his position shaking his head. Dinei Pinheiro made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Niceto Ihazintu sent off a good shot on target. Dinei Pinheiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niceto Ihazintu's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Niceto Ihazintu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dinei Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Ihazintu, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 21st match minute, SeleSantos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Törnqvist to maneuver through the defense. Dinei Pinheiro was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gaby Milito. Daniel Montenegro hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Dinei Pinheiro was a little too slow when Niceto Ihazintu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 3-0. Ergo Muro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niilo Mikkola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dinei Pinheiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Niceto Ihazintu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 27 minute of play. SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Ihazintu in the 30th minute of play. Caatiba MZC's Ergo Muro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niilo Mikkola in the 32nd minute of play. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 37th minute Caatiba MZC were awarded a corner. Gaby Milito went to the cornerflag to take it. Gaby Milito made a great header on Caatiba MZC's corner, it was just that SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro managed to reach the ball for a save. Dinei Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Ihazintu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ergo Muro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Törnqvist in the 39th minute of play. SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Ihazintu in the 42nd minute of play. Dinei Pinheiro made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Niceto Ihazintu sent off a good shot on target. Niceto Ihazintu might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinei Pinheiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niceto Ihazintu ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro got control of the ball when Niceto Ihazintu tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Dinei Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodriguinho Linhares in the 52nd minute of play. Rodriguinho Linhares took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dinei Pinheiro. Dinei Pinheiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Dinei Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Ihazintu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Niceto Ihazintu notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro. Dinei Pinheiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Caatiba MZC's Ergo Muro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Törnqvist in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Ihazintu in the 67th minute of play forced SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Ihazintu in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dinei Pinheiro saved SeleSantos FC from getting behind. Norberto Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Dinei Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Ihazintu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Niceto Ihazintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dinei Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Ihazintu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Ihazintu in the 78th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Niceto Ihazintu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caatiba MZC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the SeleSantos FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Caatiba MZC.
