Eduardo Baiano came out and tried to block the shot, but Erhan Ascı slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. Gothic Souls's Lemi Uğurlubey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Mendonça in the 7th minute of play. Eduardo Baiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from D.J. 赵云, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Yuri Valadares lost his temper 9 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Inter Gala! Eduardo Baiano had in the 10thth minute some difficulties stopping Erhan Ascı's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Erhan Ascı cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Eduardo Baiano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eduardo Baiano made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Tamer Özgu sent off a good shot on target. Erhan Ascı scored 3-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Baiano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Eduardo Baiano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Filomeno Olivos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 22 minutes, Erhan Ascı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gothic Souls's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erhan Ascı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sérgio Novaes kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Sérgio Novaes charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sérgio Novaes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Inter Gala's Sérgio Novaes got a free kick in the 27th minute. Eduardo Baiano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erhan Ascı went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. When Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inter Gala's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Jaime Rodrigues made the kick off in the second half. Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute Erhan Ascı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Inter Gala getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jaime Rodrigues hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Inter Gala's goal looked a bit too open when Erhan Ascı came free, but Eduardo Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inter Gala's Heinz Stalder was substituted for Jaime Rodrigues. Gothic Souls were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Inter Gala's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Filomeno Olivos took the corner. Gothic Souls's Aytek İmar was substituted for Lovis Schobel. Eduardo Baiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erhan Ascı in the 70th minute of play. 70 minutes in the game, Erhan Ascı dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Erhan Ascı blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eduardo Baiano having to make a save. Edgar Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Gothic Souls made a substitution. Arda Ozan Ayberk replaced Levent Itzov. Inter Gala made a substitution. Donato Capixaba replaced Karl-Magnus Biörkquist. The supporters of Gothic Souls booed when Inter Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduardo Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erhan Ascı in the 77th minute of the match. Gothic Souls's Lemi Uğurlubey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Mendonça in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Inter Gala's Edgar Souto got a free kick in the 84th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Richard Mendonça dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lemi Uğurlubey, 5-1. Gothic Souls walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
