The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Theobald got free with Dalmacio Pello in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elias Bidun's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Dalmacio Pello skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dalmacio Pello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matthias Vall's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute Virgilio Van Dijck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlitos Parodi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acratas Unidos were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Tello AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Enrique Theobald took the corner.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matthias Vall to strike the kick off in the second half. Tello AFC's Dalmacio Pello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Margus Paukson in the 55th minute of play. Acratas Unidos made a substitution. Erasmo Gregory replaced Enrique Theobald. A collision led to Acratas Unidos getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. The supporters of Tello AFC booed when Acratas Unidos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Palban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlitos Parodi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Nofre, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Margus Paukson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Margus Paukson in the 83rd minute of play forced Tello AFC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tello AFC booed when Acratas Unidos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Ted didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Gregory in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dalmacio Pello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tello AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
