The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Şevket Çağa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Orlondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Jaizki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atlético Atlanta were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after FC BerserkerS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emil Chwalkiewicz took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Paolo Caradaro managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Remigio Orlondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şevket Çağa, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Marcos Berdoi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remigio Orlondo having to make a save. In the 14th minute Neycho Bidzhev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Renaud Specht sent off a good shot on target. Pankracy Glogowski was a little too slow when Lozan Tzirkov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-0. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibor Lázár in the 23rd minute of the match. FC BerserkerS were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Club Atlético Atlanta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marian Minkovski took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie and right to Tibor Lázár. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 26 minutes into the match, FC BerserkerS's goal looked a bit too open when Şevket Çağa came free, but Remigio Orlondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şevket Çağa in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remigio Orlondo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC BerserkerS's Remigio Orlondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şevket Çağa in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Lozan Tzirkov came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atlético Atlanta. Pankracy Glogowski had in the 37thth minute some difficulties stopping Renaud Specht's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renaud Specht. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renaud Specht in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Glogowski saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. 47 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renaud Specht. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The wind increased when Renaud Specht made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tibor Lázár in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Glogowski saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. After 53 minutes Club Atlético Atlanta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marian Minkovski who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC BerserkerS's corner Volodya Zdravchev fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pankracy Glogowski quite easily take care of the ball. Tibor Lázár took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pankracy Glogowski. Pankracy Glogowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Marian Minkovski took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pankracy Glogowski. Tibor Lázár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Berdoi hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renaud Specht in the 71st minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Caradaro to maneuver through the defense. Tibor Lázár received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Pankracy Glogowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The tension between the FC BerserkerS and the Club Atlético Atlanta players grew even worse after the yellow card. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Atlético Atlanta players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC BerserkerS.
