The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jano França made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Julian Raymundo sent off a good shot on target. Anibal Lluques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jano França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximino Lorenz charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximino Lorenz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Q. T. I. getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Maximino Lorenz hit a great ball. With a little luck, Patadura FC's Jano França got control of the ball when Anibal Lluques tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 11 minutes Patadura FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Julian Raymundo who took care of the corner kick. In the 13th minute, Agustin Lizer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 16 minutes into the game, Renato Mattei cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Paulo Txatxu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Anibal Lluques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jano França was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Q. T. I.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Julian Raymundo in the 22nd minute. The corner ended in Julian Raymundo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Patadura FC's Jano França did a great save. A collision led to Q. T. I. getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Leon Abascal hit a great ball. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Q. T. I.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Severiano Ordono was slow to take the kick. During this time Patadura FC's players had a chance to rest. Patadura FC's Severiano Ordono was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Paulo Txatxu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 33rd minute Cristian Quintan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Txatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Lluques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jano França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Quintan in the 37th minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvano Panpili kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Jano França showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Lluques, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Jason Manson hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. With his leg Jano França managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Q. T. I.'s Anibal Lluques fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristian Quintan made a kick off. Jano França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Lluques in the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, Panos Stavrelis threw the ball into play from the sideline. Q. T. I.'s Horacio Dolfo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 58thth minute of the game Anibal Lluques who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Patadura FC's Jano França was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximino Lorenz in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jano França prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Lluques in the 63rd minute of play forced Patadura FC's goalkeeper Jano França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Q. T. I. made a substitution. Leopoldo Vermudo replaced Jonas Henrico. A collision led to Patadura FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Cristian Quintan hit a great ball. Anibal Lluques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jano França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Patadura FC's Panos Stavrelis got a free kick in the 74th minute. Jano França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Lluques in the 75th minute of the match. I. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Lluques couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anibal Lluques in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jano França saved Patadura FC from getting behind. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
