Wel Lidzbark's Marcin Bartelak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Wel Lidzbark from getting a goal against them. Paolo Cucao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Marcin Bartelak made a huge save. 10 minutes into the match, Wel Lidzbark's Radoslaw Ziombkowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filipe Meireles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Czeslaw Patora hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Wojciech Pachucki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wel Lidzbark fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 23rdth minute of the game Radoslaw Ziombkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Filipe Meireles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 24th match minute, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksander Kalinowski to maneuver through the defense. Filipe Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wojciech Pachucki in the 29th minute of the match. Tibor Pál-Szabó charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tibor Pál-Szabó the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tibor Pál-Szabó kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Filipe Meireles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wojciech Pachucki in the 33rd minute of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Paolo Cucao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wel Lidzbark's Marcin Bartelak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Aleksander Kalinowski in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Wel Lidzbark's Lucjan Kocieniewski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waclaw Budarz in the 45th minute of play forced KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's goalkeeper Filipe Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paolo Cucao stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Wel Lidzbark's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Patora came free, but Marcin Bartelak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Czeslaw Patora scored 1-1 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcin Bartelak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Wel Lidzbark getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Wojciech Pachucki hit a great ball. Paolo Cucao might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcin Bartelak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paolo Cucao ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Cucao in the 61st minute of play forced Wel Lidzbark's goalkeeper Marcin Bartelak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's goalkeeper Filipe Meireles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 68 played minutes Wel Lidzbark got a freekick which was hit by Tibor Pál-Szabó. With his leg Filipe Meireles managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Wel Lidzbark's Wojciech Pachucki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcin Bartelak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Cucao in the 81st minute of play. Marcin Bartelak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Cucao in the 83rd minute of the match. Juliusz Kowalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcin Bartelak having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Czeslaw Patora managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's supporters rose to their feet, but Czeslaw Patora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcin Bartelak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
