Edvard Fagerberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KN ZGORZELEC. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Commander Crowe's goalkeeper Edvard Fagerberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emilio Shepherd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Gotzon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvard Fagerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wessel Bos in the 13th minute of play. Edvard Fagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wessel Bos, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute of the match KN ZGORZELEC got a corner. Commander Crowe's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariusz Kaleta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Olof Uter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Emilio Shepherd made a huge save. Olof Uter spun around in front of the goal 20 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of KN ZGORZELEC's goal. Emilio Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Gotzon in the 30th minute of the match. Edvard Fagerberg came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by KN ZGORZELEC's Wessel Bos. But to his dismay, Wessel Bos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 40th minute Wessel Bos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvard Fagerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Gilbert Gotfryd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wessel Bos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wessel Bos to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Commander Crowe's goal looked a bit too open when Wessel Bos came free, but Edvard Fagerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Nunes in the 52nd minute of play forced KN ZGORZELEC's goalkeeper Emilio Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wessel Bos got free with Edvard Fagerberg in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edvard Fagerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wessel Bos in the 57th minute of play. KN ZGORZELEC's attentive Kazimierz Chrobak managed to snatch the ball when Ondino Asenjo made a throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game. Edvard Fagerberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Borys Karaszkiewicz in the 65th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Borys Karaszkiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KN ZGORZELEC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Borys Karaszkiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barry Bonk got a throw-in 70 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ondino Asenjo. 71 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's Borys Karaszkiewicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edvard Fagerberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. KN ZGORZELEC made a substitution. Gustaw Ptaszek replaced Kazimierz Chrobak. After 74 played minutes KN ZGORZELEC got a freekick which was hit by Eugeniusz Kociniewski. The audience held their breath when Barry Bonk in the 76th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Emilio Shepherd's left hand side. In the 83rd minute, Umberto Nunes made a precise shot to the right of Emilio Shepherd. KN ZGORZELEC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Ondino Asenjo made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by KN ZGORZELEC's Gustaw Ptaszek. Borys Karaszkiewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edvard Fagerberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Gotfryd in the 92nd minute of play forced Commander Crowe's goalkeeper Edvard Fagerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th match minute, Commander Crowe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Gotzon to maneuver through the defense. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
