Ovidiu Adrian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lech Biskupiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lech Biskupiaks short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Ovidiu Adrian to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 5 minutes into the match, Tiger De Hond notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Riesgo Cero's Cristian Vladimirescu. Cristian Vladimirescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Vladimirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Primeiro in the 8th minute of play. Poli Timisoara's Ovidiu Adrian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Poli Timisoara from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute Riesgo Cero were awarded a corner. Patryk Dziczek went to the cornerflag to take it. Ovidiu Adrian came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Riesgo Cero's Lech Biskupiak. But to his dismay, Lech Biskupiak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 26th minute, 庄潮宽 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Vladimirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiger De Hond, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Kubilay İmge blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ovidiu Adrian having to make a save. Ovidiu Adrian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Damario in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Tiger De Hond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lech Biskupiak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauro Primeiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Riesgo Cero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reasco Das to maneuver through the defense. After 52 played minutes, Poli Timisoara's Horst-Peter Unterberger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cristian Vladimirescu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Poli Timisoara reached it. Cristian Vladimirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiger De Hond, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Ovidiu Adrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Damario in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Damario in the 59th minute of play forced Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Ovidiu Adrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Vladimirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Primeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Cristian Vladimirescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Çağdaş Yuvakuran went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Poli Timisoara's Ovidiu Adrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Damario in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Poli Timisoara's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Patryk Dziczek was slow to take the kick. During this time Riesgo Cero's players had a chance to rest. Patryk Dziczek made a great header on Riesgo Cero's corner, it was just that Poli Timisoara's Ovidiu Adrian managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Poli Timisoara booed when Riesgo Cero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haldun Mahir didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Santo Damario sped through Poli Timisoara's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ovidiu Adrian. Poli Timisoara's Ovidiu Adrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 庄潮宽 in the 92nd minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Riesgo Cero could leave the field as winners, despite Poli Timisoara having more of the ball for most of the match.
