An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 4th minute of play forced ALTHENTIC F.C's goalkeeper Mila Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ALTHENTIC F.C's Ove Odeen got a free kick in the 5th minute. Jeremias Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rio Arrascaeta in the 7th minute of the match. ALTHENTIC F.C's Mila Gröhe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save ALTHENTIC F.C from getting a goal against them. Mila Gröhe was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Wágner Leme capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wágner Leme really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. ALTHENTIC F.C's Mila Gröhe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 15th minute of play. Jeremias Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rio Arrascaeta in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Oliver Bierhoff ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mila Gröhe was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 24th minute ALTHENTIC F.C were awarded a corner. Claudinei Xavier went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 27th minute, Ove Odeen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Moreno was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in ALTHENTIC F.C's zone, Tales De Mileto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mila Gröhe came out of the goal and Tales De Mileto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes in the game Hermengildo Laurentzi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ove Odeen. Jeremias Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Odeen, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 47th minute Oliver Bierhoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mila Gröhe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ove Odeen to strike the kick off in the second half. Radowit Dziuma blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mila Gröhe having to make a save. Cléber Palmeira lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. ADM Taquaras's Nestor Soeiro was substituted for Oliver Bierhoff. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ADM Taquaras! The goalkeeper, Jeremias Moreno, was totally fooled by ALTHENTIC F.C's Rio Arrascaeta, who 65 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 77 minutes, Hermengildo Laurentzi made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, ALTHENTIC F.C's Jeremias Moreno threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ove Odeen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind ALTHENTIC F.C's goalkeeper Mila Gröhe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mila Gröhe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radowit Dziuma in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Cido Cabral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ADM Taquaras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ALTHENTIC F.C the free kick. The supporters of ALTHENTIC F.C booed when ADM Taquaras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cido Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Jeremias Moreno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermengildo Laurentzi. ALTHENTIC F.C's Rio Arrascaeta was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 91st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The ALTHENTIC F.C players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
