An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 5th minute of play forced Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Edvaldo Gaspar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliver Bierhoff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edvaldo Gaspar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Bierhoff came free, but Edvaldo Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edvaldo Gaspar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 16th minute Oliver Bierhoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oliver Bierhoff might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edvaldo Gaspar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oliver Bierhoff ran back to his position shaking his head. 18 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Bierhoff came free, but Edvaldo Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvaldo Gaspar came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff. But to his dismay, Oliver Bierhoff quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pasha Datsiuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jeremias Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edvaldo Gaspar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wágner Leme in the 39th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Frenchville Sports Club's Berke Rush got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 41 played minutes Frenchville Sports Club got a freekick which was hit by Berke Rush. A collision led to Frenchville Sports Club getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Nontas Iordanidis hit a great ball. Frenchville Sports Club's Edvaldo Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 44th minute of play. After 44 played minutes Frenchville Sports Club got a freekick which was hit by Nontas Iordanidis. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 68th match minute, Frenchville Sports Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nontas Iordanidis to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, Guilherme Freitas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvaldo Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Áron Bódog in the 75th minute of play. Edvaldo Gaspar made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Áron Bódog sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Áron Bódog kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edvaldo Gaspar. That made the score 0-2 in the 78 minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Edvaldo Gaspar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radowit Dziuma. Oliver Bierhoff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edvaldo Gaspar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Edvaldo Gaspar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Frenchville Sports Club's Quincy Slattery got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Áron Bódog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Edvaldo Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Áron Bódog who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Edvaldo Gaspar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Áron Bódog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ADM Taquaras walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
