After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Isaias Erroman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Balvanera's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Erroman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaac Prutton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Dorking United FC's Noel Whittaker got a free kick in the 9th minute. Isaac Prutton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Portalupi, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brett Dingle during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 18 minutes into the match, Deportivo Balvanera's goal looked a bit too open when Sean Hollingsworth came free, but Omar Lauren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Benji Corby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Lauren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Lauren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dylan Pearce in the 34th minute of the match. The supporters of Deportivo Balvanera booed when Dorking United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sammy Toovey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eusebio Ecija's shot from long distance in the 36th minute was not bad at all, but Dorking United FC's Isaac Prutton knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After 37 minutes of play, Dorking United FC's Sean Hollingsworth made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Omar Lauren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Omar Lauren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sean Hollingsworth, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A hard shot 43 in the game by Renato Portalupi from a close distance when the talented Isaac Prutton managed to make a qualified save. Dorking United FC's players were relieved. 46 minutes into the match, Dorking United FC's goalkeeper Isaac Prutton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renato Portalupi. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
In the 52nd minute of the match, Noel Whittaker tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Omar Lauren saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Deportivo Balvanera's Omar Lauren got control of the ball when Noel Whittaker tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eusebio Ecija sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sean Hollingsworth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Omar Lauren made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sean Hollingsworth got free with Omar Lauren in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isaac Prutton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renato Portalupi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes Deportivo Balvanera got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Erroman. Deportivo Balvanera made a substitution. Jaroslaw Kaczorowski replaced Renato Portalupi. A collision led to Deportivo Balvanera getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Isaias Erroman hit a great ball. Omar Lauren made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Benji Corby sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute, Isaias Erroman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaac Prutton was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Dorking United FC's Jools Stamp was substituted for Benji Corby. Deportivo Balvanera made a substitution. François-Xavier Castello replaced Isaias Erroman. Jools Stamp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, François-Xavier Castello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Balvanera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jaroslaw Kaczorowski took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaac Prutton. Isaac Prutton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 85th minute, François-Xavier Castello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Balvanera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Omar Lauren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sean Hollingsworth, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dorking United FC's zone, François-Xavier Castello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaac Prutton came out of the goal and François-Xavier Castello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the game, Deportivo Balvanera's François-Xavier Castello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaac Prutton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. When the referee ended the match the Deportivo Balvanera players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
