After 16 minutes Pan FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jerônimo Vergílio who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ogro F.C.'s Jerônimo Vergílio to fire away a dangerous shot which Sebastian Quirce despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 19th match minute, Pan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beltrán De Filippo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Pan FC's Fulgencio Alvarez got a free kick in the 20th minute. Ogro F.C.'s Jerônimo Vergílio got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebastian Klucznik made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ogro F.C.'s João Barone. Sebastian Quirce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Cavalera in the 25th minute. Sebastian Quirce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Cavalera in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match, Igor Cavalera tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastian Quirce saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sebastian Quirce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Cavalera in the 39th minute of the match. Sebastian Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Cavalera, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute Arnaldo Urtzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alysson Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Cavalera was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Eriberto Bakar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pan FC made a substitution. Antonio Sabina replaced Nelson Hawley. Pan FC's 许明卫 was substituted for Arnaldo Urtzi. Igor Cavalera scored 1-2 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Quirce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ogro F.C. made a substitution. Nicko McBrain replaced Alex Van Halen. Beltrán De Filippo hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Ogro F.C.'s Alysson Rezende got control of the ball when 许明卫 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marco Minnemann took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Quirce. Sebastian Quirce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2.
