Achtung Babies's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raimundo Goyo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Los Delfines's Raimundo Goyo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eurico Velloso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 18 minutes into the match, Marciano Mundo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso. Eurico Velloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Abeitia in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Daniel Abeitia notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso. Eurico Velloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eurico Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Firmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Mundo in the 43rd minute of play. Eurico Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Mundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Achtung Babies players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Delfines were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marciano Mundo to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Marciano Mundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eurico Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Achtung Babies's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Mundo came free, but Eurico Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 played minutes Los Delfines got a freekick which was hit by Benê Møltov. Los Delfines made a substitution. Victor Jerrold replaced Timoteo Firmo. In the 66th match minute, Los Delfines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benê Møltov to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd match minute, Achtung Babies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Sosa to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Lucas Urbez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eurico Velloso, 0-3. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kobi Usabiaga in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of Achtung Babies booed when Los Delfines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Eder didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 played minutes, Achtung Babies's Torsten Norberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matías Patrone came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Achtung Babies reached it. Matías Patrone came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Achtung Babies's Kobi Usabiaga. But to his dismay, Kobi Usabiaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Lucas Urbez took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Eurico Velloso to make any attempt to save it. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selami Bilgen in the 89th minute of play. Achtung Babies were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Los Delfines's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Torsten Norberg took the corner. Torsten Norberg made a great header on Achtung Babies's corner, it was just that Los Delfines's Matías Patrone managed to reach the ball for a save. 92 minutes into the match, Achtung Babies's Osvaldo Sayveon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matías Patrone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Achtung Babies fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Los Delfines were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
