Zachariasz Dudkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Mundo in the 13th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Pan Lin Zhen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matías Patrone was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pan Lin Zhen in the 19th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pan Lin Zhen in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matías Patrone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute of the match CRUZ DEL SUR got a corner. Los Delfines's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ronnie Odell ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on CRUZ DEL SUR's corner Ronnie Odell fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Matías Patrone quite easily take care of the ball. CRUZ DEL SUR's Fabio Zorondo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Valentin Primeiro in the 29 minute of the game. If Fabio Zorondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zachariasz Dudkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Mundo in the 44th minute of the match. Los Delfines were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after CRUZ DEL SUR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Raimundo Goyo took the corner. Arnaldo Albano tried in the game's 46th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Zachariasz Dudkowski. An annoying self made goal, 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marciano Mundo was the one to do the kick off. CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timoteo Firmo in the 54th minute of play. If Pan Lin Zhen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Delfines made a substitution. In the 81st minute Pan Lin Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Patrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Pan Lin Zhen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRUZ DEL SUR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. A collision led to Los Delfines getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Valentin Primeiro hit a great ball. Pan Lin Zhen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Los Delfines's Valentin Primeiro got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, CRUZ DEL SUR's Pan Lin Zhen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The CRUZ DEL SUR supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CRUZ DEL SUR would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
