Pedro Requena was slow to take the kick. During this time Facopo FBPA's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Pedro Requena got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mías Khalifa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mías Khalifa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dalmo Motta in the 7th minute. Boleslaw Sidorowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldinho Moreno having to interfere. In the last second Mías Khalifa throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ilgaz Aydoğan in the 18thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 19 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zhivko Húntev. 27 minutes into the game, Nestor Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Osvaldinho Moreno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mías Khalifa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhivko Húntev in the 31st minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tincho Palermo made a kick off. If Zhivko Húntev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. Miliano Sacristán replaced Tincho Palermo. 59 minutes into the match, Facopo FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Miliano Sacristán came free, but Osvaldinho Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miliano Sacristán recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osvaldinho Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miliano Sacristán, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Mías Khalifa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilgaz Aydoğan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Sancho got free with Osvaldinho Moreno in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simbo FC were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Facopo FBPA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sabri Ravelli took the corner. When Zhivko Húntev came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Facopo FBPA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zhivko Húntev couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper Osvaldinho Moreno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 minutes, Piotr Ostrowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Simbo FC and the Facopo FBPA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Facopo FBPA booed when Simbo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piotr Ostrowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Simbo FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Simbo FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
