The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kıvanç Yücesan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Froilan Reyes's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Rogelio Mendiola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kıvanç Yücesan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Parque Europa FC's Froilan Reyes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kıvanç Yücesan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Froilan Reyes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kıvanç Yücesan having to make a save. Kıvanç Yücesan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Reyes, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Argyris Zagorakis in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luis Täger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led SC Pfullendorf's David Moya to fire away a dangerous shot which Luis Täger despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Argyris Zagorakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Täger having to interfere. SC Pfullendorf's Kıvanç Yücesan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Reyes in the 27th minute of play. Kıvanç Yücesan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Reyes in the 30th minute of the match. A collision led to SC Pfullendorf getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Zhao Hui Yang hit a great ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Froilan Reyes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parque Europa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Reyes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Qwinton Blazquez made in the 42nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Karel Van Den Abeele immediately put the ball in play. In the 43rd minute Froilan Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıvanç Yücesan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Parque Europa FC's Emanuel Löfkvist managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Qwinton Blazquez in the 45 minute of the game. 47 minutes into the match, Parque Europa FC's Froilan Reyes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kıvanç Yücesan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Kıvanç Yücesan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Mendiola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Parque Europa FC's Luis Täger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvinho Pinheiro in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Froilan Reyes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kıvanç Yücesan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Parque Europa FC's Murphey Shipman was substituted for Rogelio Mendiola. Parque Europa FC's Aureliano Soto was substituted for Froilan Reyes. In the 70th minute of the match, Aureliano Soto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kıvanç Yücesan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kıvanç Yücesan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Soto in the 73rd minute. Kıvanç Yücesan was a little too slow when Aureliano Soto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-3. After a rather tough play, Parque Europa FC's Murphey Shipman got a free kick in the 88th minute. With a little luck, SC Pfullendorf's Kıvanç Yücesan got control of the ball when Coronel Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 92 minutes SC Pfullendorf's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Samuel Ryynänen who took care of the corner kick. In the 93rd minute of the game, Coronel Castro landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 93 minutes, Zhao Hui Yang mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Pfullendorf and the Parque Europa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zhao Hui Yang hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Parque Europa FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
