In the 3rd minute, Unidad de Matanza's Michal Stehno dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Hondo came free, but Jonatan Eguzki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Unidad de Matanza's goalkeeper Jonatan Eguzki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th minute Pincha FC were awarded a corner. Sergio Macerio went to the cornerflag to take it. Carlos Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máximo Kirchner in the 16th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Unidad de Matanza got a freekick which was hit by Lenni Skensved. In the 18th minute, Agustin Silvino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonatan Eguzki was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Jonatan Eguzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorio Hondo in the 22nd minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Marcial Roldanillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Jonatan Eguzki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonatan Eguzki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Roldanillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Pincha FC's zone, Máximo Kirchner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Quentin came out of the goal and Máximo Kirchner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonatan Eguzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Silvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Agustin Silvino scored 1-3 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonatan Eguzki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute Unidad de Matanza were awarded a corner. Eustacio Ortzi went to the cornerflag to take it. 47 minutes into the match, Agustin Silvino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonatan Eguzki. Unidad de Matanza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustin Silvino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcial Roldanillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Unidad de Matanza were awarded a corner. Eustacio Ortzi went to the cornerflag to take it. Agustin Silvino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonatan Eguzki having to make a save. Unidad de Matanza's Jonatan Eguzki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Unidad de Matanza from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Máximo Kirchner in the 59th minute of play forced Pincha FC's goalkeeper Carlos Quentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unidad de Matanza made a substitution. Lateef Raal replaced Máximo Kirchner. Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru was substituted for Milton Rojas. Agustin Silvino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonatan Eguzki came out and tried to block the shot, but Agustin Silvino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 67th minute. Pincha FC made a substitution. Brian Nuñez replaced Everardo Garaile. Jonatan Eguzki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Roldanillo in the 71st minute of play. Unidad de Matanza's Jonatan Eguzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Roldanillo in the 74th minute of play. Pincha FC's Darren McDonald was substituted for Carlos-Salvador Bilardo. Brian Nuñez got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Agustin Silvino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Silvino in the 86th minute of play forced Unidad de Matanza's goalkeeper Jonatan Eguzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Quentin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Bâru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonatan Eguzki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Silvino in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Quentin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Nestor Bâru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Quentin was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The Unidad de Matanza supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pincha FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Pincha FC.
