Överås IK's Conrad Geipel quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Överås IK's attentive Conrad Geipel managed to snatch the ball when Stig-Åke Wiklund made a throw-in in the 4th minute of the game. Nils Eklund made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Karsten Karlsen sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Mattias Swahn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eero Viks was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karsten Karlsen got free with Nils Eklund in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Överås IK's Conrad Geipel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Stig-Åke Wiklund in the 26 minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, Överås IK's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Swahn came free, but Eero Viks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Eklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karsten Karlsen in the 30th minute. Karsten Karlsen hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Karsten Karlsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Överås IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karsten Karlsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dallen Fc's Mattias Swahn managed to work through Överås IK's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mattias Swahn dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karsten Karlsen was the one to do the kick off. Nils Eklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karsten Karlsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Nils Eklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karsten Karlsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Swahn in the 56th minute of play forced Överås IK's goalkeeper Eero Viks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Överås IK's attentive Conrad Geipel managed to snatch the ball when Stig-Åke Wiklund made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karsten Karlsen in the 63rd minute of play forced Dallen Fc's goalkeeper Nils Eklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wictor Hansson during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wictor Hansson hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Dallen Fc's Claes Olenberg got a free kick in the 70th minute. After 72 minutes Dallen Fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Conrad Geipel who took care of the corner kick. Nils Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karsten Karlsen in the 78th minute of the match. Överås IK's Eero Viks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Överås IK from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Överås IK's Karsten Karlsen got a free kick in the 80th minute. Överås IK made a substitution. Lennart Skräddare replaced Hitz Toxeiro. In the 82nd match minute, Överås IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karsten Karlsen to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Karsten Karlsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Överås IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karsten Karlsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nils Eklund came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Överås IK's Karsten Karlsen. But to his dismay, Karsten Karlsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Överås IK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
