Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Petter Skarkman took the kick off in the first half of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Johannes Vallgren in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Protegéerna's Ossi Eloranta. In the 10th minute Örjan Johansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingemar Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gösta Lundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michel Lundberg kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Blåvitt's goal looked a bit too open when Petter Skarkman came free, but Mike Cassar Torreggiani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gösta Lundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingemar Åberg having to interfere. Guido Python received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mike Cassar Torreggiani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Protegéerna's Guido Python nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mike Cassar Torreggiani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Örjan Johansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Protegéerna's Ossi Eloranta got a free kick in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Gösta Lundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blåvitt's supporters rose to their feet, but Gösta Lundberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingemar Åberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mike Cassar Torreggiani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petter Skarkman in the 35th minute of play. Mike Cassar Torreggiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petter Skarkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Blåvitt's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Michael Näver was slow to take the kick. During this time Protegéerna's players had a chance to rest. In the 38th minute, Ulrik Söderlund fired away a free kick at goal. It was hit a tad too hard, and went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Örjan Johansson made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Johannes Vallgren threw the ball into play from the sideline. Protegéerna's Ossi Eloranta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 55th minute Petter Skarkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike Cassar Torreggiani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Blåvitt's goalie and right to Guido Python. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Blåvitt's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Protegéerna's Ingemar Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Örjan Johansson in the 58th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Blåvitt's goal looked a bit too open when Petter Skarkman came free, but Mike Cassar Torreggiani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mike Cassar Torreggiani made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Ulrik Söderlund sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the match, Petter Skarkman notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Blåvitt's Mike Cassar Torreggiani. Mike Cassar Torreggiani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th minute Petter Skarkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike Cassar Torreggiani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Protegéerna's Mike Cassar Torreggiani threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Petter Skarkman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Protegéerna's Christer Nyberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mike Cassar Torreggiani. That made the score 0-5 after 71 minutes of play. In the 78th match minute, Blåvitt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Flores to maneuver through the defense. Mike Cassar Torreggiani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petter Skarkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petter Skarkman in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mike Cassar Torreggiani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Protegéerna's Ossi Eloranta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Johannes Vallgren in the 90 minute of the game. Protegéerna's Christer Nyberg came free and shot a quick shot against goal 92 minutes in the game, fortunately Mike Cassar Torreggiani had problems saving as it came toward the left post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Protegéerna had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
