The supporters of Lilla Jordberga BK booed when Åbyggeby FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt Sellberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uno Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Mendiko in the 6th minute of the match. Åbyggeby FK's Uno Berg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Dios in the 9th minute of play. Uno Berg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörgen Vennersten in the 11th minute of play. Uno Berg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marko Lindholm in the 13th minute of play. Lennart Johansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börge Sefastsson in the 17th minute of play. Uno Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Odysseas Kondilis, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, Bengt Sellberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lennart Johansson. The goal made the score 1-0. Lilla Jordberga BK's Lennart Johansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Lilla Jordberga BK from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute Roque Aguilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uno Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Liher made in the 32nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Marko Lindholm immediately put the ball in play. In the 34th minute Jorge Mendiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uno Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uno Berg came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Lilla Jordberga BK's Jorge Mendiko. But to his dismay, Jorge Mendiko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 44 minutes of play, Åbyggeby FK's Vidar Lindberg made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lennart Johansson was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Roque Aguilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Börge Sefastsson made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Lilla Jordberga BK booed when Åbyggeby FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malcolm Asplund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Åbyggeby FK's zone, Jorge Mendiko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uno Berg came out of the goal and Jorge Mendiko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Åbyggeby FK getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Börge Sefastsson hit a great ball. Uno Berg made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Odysseas Kondilis sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the match, Åbyggeby FK's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Lindholm came free, but Uno Berg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Åbyggeby FK's Uno Berg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Åbyggeby FK from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odysseas Kondilis in the 68th minute of play forced Åbyggeby FK's goalkeeper Uno Berg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lilla Jordberga BK's Lennart Johansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Lindberg in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils-Emil Bergren got free with Uno Berg in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marko Lindholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Uno Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Åbyggeby FK's Karl-Oskar Pihlgren was substituted for Torbjörn Hökqvist. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Åbyggeby FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lilla Jordberga BK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
