North Pole Kickers's Folke Bure played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zlatan Nickerson in the 7th minute of play. Henrik Back kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After 11 minutes, Andréas Åkerman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the North Pole Kickers and the Here Comes the Hammer players grew even worse after the yellow card. Folke Bure showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zlatan Nickerson in the 16th minute of the match. Villiam Tholsson in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Johannes Axelsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Insigne in the 22nd minute of play forced Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Johannes Axelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Félix came free, but Folke Bure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of North Pole Kickers's goalie and right to Zlatan Nickerson. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. North Pole Kickers's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 39th match minute, Here Comes the Hammer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yu Xiong Yan to maneuver through the defense. When Yu Xiong Yan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 43 minutes had been played. In the 44th minute, Yu Xiong Yan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 57 minutes, Henrik Back mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the North Pole Kickers and the Here Comes the Hammer players grew even worse after the yellow card. North Pole Kickers made a substitution. Peter Gustafsson replaced Henrik Back. Johannes Axelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villiam Tholsson in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of North Pole Kickers booed when Here Comes the Hammer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zlatan Nickerson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Björn Ahlroht's late challenge caught a Here Comes the Hammer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Björn Ahlroht helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Björn Ahlroht. Johannes Axelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Villiam Tholsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute Lorenzo Insigne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Axelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Wallman lost his temper 89 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Here Comes the Hammer booed when North Pole Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Wallman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Here Comes the Hammer's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
