In the 2nd minute, Alex Isaksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, FC Blueskatterna's André Nordmark got control of the ball when Gunther Stub tried to sneak it across the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Auktsjaur IF's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Isaksson came free, but Gunnar Henriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunnar Henriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ola Haegg in the 7th minute of play. When Gottfrid Brovall came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Auktsjaur IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gottfrid Brovall couldn't finish the play. Patryk Frodyma hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Gunnar Henriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ola Haegg, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Löv in the 27th minute of play forced Auktsjaur IF's goalkeeper Gunnar Henriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Blueskatterna's André Nordmark proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save FC Blueskatterna from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes into the game, Alex Isaksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gunnar Henriksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute Henrik Löv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Henriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patryk Frodyma made a kick off. Gunnar Henriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Löv, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The supporters of Auktsjaur IF booed when FC Blueskatterna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Hurtig didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 59 played minutes, Auktsjaur IF's Luis Neto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper André Nordmark came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Auktsjaur IF reached it. Harry Hård was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, one of Auktsjaur IF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Auktsjaur IF. Auktsjaur IF:s Gunnar Henriksson showed great skill when he stopped Henrik Löv:s penalty. Gunnar Henriksson made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Henrik Löv sent off a good shot on target. André Nordmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patryk Frodyma, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Patryk Frodyma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Nordmark having to interfere. Gunnar Henriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Löv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gottfrid Brovall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. André Nordmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gunnar Henriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Löv in the 96th minute of play.
