The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marcus Vase showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örjan Björk, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 8 minutes into the game, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Örjan Björk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcus Vase made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Örjan Björk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcus Vase having to make a save. Ingvar Nordal made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Börje Törnblom however managed to control. Marcus Vase didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Örjan Björk went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 20th minute, Örjan Björk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Åsbro Flåsegutter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Marcus Vase made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Björk in the 24th minute of play. Júlio Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 30 minutes into the game, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Örjan Björk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Zdzislaw Barniszke quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 36 played minutes Åsbro Flåsegutter got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Biörling. Wiktor Ekström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Eliasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 45 minutes into the game, Beven Carmichael was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sundens BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Åsbro Flåsegutter the free kick. Beven Carmichael hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half Åsbro Flåsegutter were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Åsbro Flåsegutter's Wiktor Ekström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börje Törnblom in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Pudes in the 57th minute of play forced Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Örjan Björk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åsbro Flåsegutter's supporters crossed their fingers, but Örjan Björk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Beven Carmichael was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Beven Carmichael hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Kent Ahlquist was substituted for Jonas Lundin. The supporters of Åsbro Flåsegutter booed when Sundens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beven Carmichael didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcus Vase took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Örjan Björk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Örjan Björk didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-6 via right post in the game's 66th minute. Åsbro Flåsegutter's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 69th minute, Örjan Björk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Åsbro Flåsegutter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. In the 74thth minute of the game Örjan Björk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sundens BK's Marcus Vase was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcus Vase was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Örjan Björk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Örjan Björk really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. After 79 minutes, Börje Törnblom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sundens BK and the Åsbro Flåsegutter players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sundens BK's Börje Törnblom got a free kick in the 80th minute. When Börje Törnblom was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. A collision led to Sundens BK getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Börje Törnblom hit a great ball. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Jakub Michalski was substituted for Örjan Björk. After 84 played minutes Sundens BK got a freekick which was hit by Börje Törnblom. Sundens BK's Marcus Vase proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Sundens BK from getting a goal against them. In the 87th minute, Jakub Michalski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Vase was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Marcus Vase showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Michalski in the 91st minute of the match. Jakub Michalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 95th play minute Jakub Michalski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcus Vase. 0-10. The Sundens BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Åsbro Flåsegutter were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
