The supporters of Åhus Absolut F.C booed when IFK Tallkotte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Walroth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Åhus Absolut F.C's Jan-Åke Juhlin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Åhus Absolut F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute, Honu Ng made a precise shot to the right of Joakim Isaksson. IFK Tallkotte's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 21st minute Lars Julin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Isaksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute Åhus Absolut F.C were awarded a corner. Coşkun Sehim went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Coşkun Sehim got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joakim Isaksson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. IFK Tallkotte's Joakim Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honu Ng in the 29th minute of play. Kjell Vase's late challenge caught a Åhus Absolut F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kjell Vase helped the player get up and apologised. Kjell Vase hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Coşkun Sehim shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joakim Isaksson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Joakim Isaksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Joakim Isaksson came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Åhus Absolut F.C's Honu Ng. But to his dismay, Honu Ng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Erik Larsson hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute of the match Coşkun Sehim sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joakim Isaksson skillfully saved the ball. Joakim Isaksson came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Åhus Absolut F.C's Honu Ng. But to his dismay, Honu Ng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

62 minutes into the game, Åhus Absolut F.C's Folke Hökqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joakim Isaksson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Joakim Isaksson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Julin in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute, Lars Julin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joakim Isaksson. The goal made the score 0-7. Joakim Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Browall in the 84th minute of play. Jakob Browall scored 0-9 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joakim Isaksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Åhus Absolut F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than IFK Tallkotte.
