In the 3rd minute Gary Anderson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddie Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Björling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pål Bratt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lars Stenström took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Freddie Mattsson. Freddie Mattsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bondeträsk FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Leo Björling, was totally fooled by The Green Fairies's Pål Bratt, who 19 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Stenström in the 22nd minute of play forced The Green Fairies's goalkeeper Freddie Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Lars Stenström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Freddie Mattsson was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Lars Stenström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Green Fairies's Freddie Mattsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Stenström in the 34th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Gary Anderson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Rikard Nyqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bondeträsk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rikard Nyqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddie Mattsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pål Bratt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bondeträsk FC's Leo Björling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Calado in the 54th minute of play. Leo Björling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pål Bratt, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Ivo Calado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Green Fairies fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Herbert Lundström got his second yellow card in the match during the 60th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Bondeträsk FC's Leo Björling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Mossberg in the 62nd minute of play. Freddie Mattsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Stenström, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 69th match minute, The Green Fairies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pål Bratt to maneuver through the defense. Leo Björling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Mossberg in the 75th minute of play. Bondeträsk FC's Leo Björling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Erik Nyman in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of The Green Fairies booed when Bondeträsk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Grep didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 played minutes Bondeträsk FC got a freekick which was hit by Kaj Borre. Ivo Calado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 played minutes The Green Fairies got a freekick which was hit by Banan Queen. Leo Björling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils-Erik Nyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freddie Mattsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Stenström in the 96th minute of the match. The Green Fairies were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bondeträsk FC for a fine match.
