When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Niklas Ekeberg sped through Team Rocco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sven-Edvin Mårtensson. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hjalmar Backlund showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. In the 23rd minute Allan Malmström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match Team Rocco got a corner. The Swedish Nightmare's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ralf Vase ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ralf Vase got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edgar Åström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hjalmar Backlund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ralf Vase during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Team Rocco got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Vase. Hjalmar Backlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Hjalmar Backlund took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Sven-Edvin Mårtensson to make any attempt to save it. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Team Rocco's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Mårtensson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Team Rocco's Joel Lundström was substituted for Vilhelm Moberg. After 57 minutes Team Rocco's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcin Zajac who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Marcin Zajac almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson did a great save.
