Celedonio Dominguez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edward Engström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Holger Vester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Bronco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Dominguez in the 13th minute of play forced Joxa mé trasan's goalkeeper Edward Engström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hammarby IF's Silas Duarte suffered a concussion after 14 minutes and had to leave the field. After 14 minutes, Fred Flinta mouthed his way into the referee's book.
